  • Chat Messages. The text content of your conversations is collected to provide responses and improve chatbot functionality. Messages are processed in real-time and stored for service delivery.
  • User Data User data can be collected by the chat through different actions. By using the chatbot you agree to the possibillity of having data such as: Email address, Name, Phone number etc saved. You will always be prompted a submit button before sending this information forward.

Purpose of Data Collection. Chat data is used solely to provide chatbot responses, improve service quality, integrate with 3rd-party programs such as ( calendly to book meetings, stripe to update billing etc. ), and comply with legal obligations. We process your data based on legitimate interest in providing customer support services.

Data Sharing. Your chat messages is shared with the operator hosting the chatbot to generate responses and improve it. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be disclosed to legal authorities when required by law.

Data Retention. Chat conversations are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are permanently deleted. The website operator may have different retention policies for their own records. You can request immediate deletion of your conversations at any time.

Data Security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure server infrastructure. Access to chat data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

User Rights. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your chat data. You can also object to data processing or withdraw consent at any time. We have taken extensive actions to make sure that your data is safe, the software has been created with security in mind as one of the founders has an extensive background in cybersecurity work.
